Purple steps guest house

The Interior design  created a relaxed environment for the interior spaces by using a minimalist palette of finished wooden floors, painted walls and a modern touch of color used to identify spatial arrangements. This design palette can be seen as soon as you step inside the guest house.

In the dining room , a horizontal table breaks up the large windows that flood the room with natural light and provide a view of the landscape. The living room also shares the space with the dining room and kitchen.

Fountain place Cape Town

This unique building is the poster child of adaptive reuse. Starting with a property that intermingled three buildings from different periods over the last century, Makespace Architects crafted a strategy to reuse the structure, adding a penthouse and a roof garden to create an urban oasis and a highly energy-efficient suburban living space.
